What's in a name?

Symptom: Dense rumination on past signs and significaiton; inability to name daily objects, figures, people.
Cure: All things have a name as well as a hidden nick-name. Open dictionary randomly and chose the first word seen. Use this word to name all your immediate surroundings (things, people, circumstances), noting the fabric of opposition that may occur. Use this exercise frequently (suggested: once per day for as long as symptoms persist) in order to find the order of things and your order among them.
