On the assignation of comfort.

Symptom: the belief that pillows insure or dis-insure comfort.
Cure: Place a blue ball in the center of your bed. Does is roll? Is it still? Assume your most challenging yoga position (or simply sit still with legs crossed) and concentrate of your past beds. Have they been satisfying? Have they supplied rest and warmth? How would you describe the bed belonging to your most anguished love affair? Your most dignified? This series of thoughts may be used imaginatively at work or at rest as well as in the comfort of your own home whenever discomfort strikes.
